At the moment toil + trouble® only ships to the United Kingdom & Europe. We are working hard to offer Worldwide delivery soon. 

We currently offer Royal Mail Standard Delivery to addresses within the UK (2-5 business days) (£2.99) but will be launching our Next Day Delivery delivery very soon.

For European orders, allow time for  3-10 working days after dispatch. EU Shipping rates are currently £9.99 per order. 

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £70.00. We currently do not offer any free shipping options for orders outside of the United Kingdom. 

Due to COVID-19, please allow an extra 1-2 days to accommodate restrictions around travel and reduced capacity within the postal services. Thank you for your patience in these chaotic + uncertain times. 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

You are able to cancel an order within 24 hours of original order. Simply send an email to to notify us of cancellation. if your order has already been processed and/or dispatched we will not be able to cancel the order. 


We hope you'll love your toil + trouble® products as much as we do but if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or exchange. 

To request your return, please get in touch by emailing Please do not send any products back to us without getting in touch beforehand. 

In your message, please include the following information:

  • First + last names 
  • Order number 
  • Reason for return request 
  • Photographs for proof if necessary 

Please note: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return of any order and these costs are non-refundable. 

Once the products have been received by us and your returns request has been accepted, we will then process the refund to your original payment method with 3-5 working days. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the products are damaged, used or contaminated. Products must be returned to us with their full packaging in tact (including outer boxes) with lids sealed and unopened. There must be no signs of prior use in order for us to process a refund or exchange.
